A Set of Four C20th Ercol Dining Chairs Prince of Wales Fluer De Lyes Backs

A Set of Four C20th Ercol dining Chairs, Set with Prince of Wales fluer de lyes backs. The set of four chairs are made from ash and have a good rich colour to them. Each chair has a solid base with shaped seat. The backs are formed as three carved and pierced pillars, each set with three fluer de lyes in the centre like the Prince of Wales motif. Each seat then has a rounded back rest. The set of chairs are all then raised on turned supports and with cross strengthening bars. The seats are all marked with the blue Ercol label to the back of each seat. One chair also has a retailers label on the bottom for Swannacks, bridgegate, Retford. They all date to probably 1960s-80s.

Condition
The condition of the set of chairs is excellent, with light scuffs and marks through use but overall ready to be used straight away.
