A Pair of Original 1930-40s Painted Metal Letter Boxes

A pair of original 1930’s or 40’s painted metal letter boxes. The letter boxes are formed with an octagonal frame and a central push in section which is named letters. The letter box section is sprung so when its let go it will automatically shuts. The rest of the letter boxes decoration is plain with a knurled design. It has the pair of arms on the back to attach to your door. I believe they date to around 1930’40’s but they could be later i am unsure.

The condition of the door knocker is perfect a couple of paint chips due to age and usage.
