A row of three vintage or retro Art Deco circa 1930 cinema, theatre seats or chairs, upholstered in a red leatherette. The seats are formed with the backs being curved, with a polished top rail. To the centre of the top rail there is a fitted seat number these are 25,26,27. The seat backs are then padded and upholstered in the bright red leatherette. The backs of the seats are wooden, which has been painted black. The seat bases fold down and are again padded and upholstered in the same red leatherette. The bottoms of the seats are covered in a stained and polished wooden panel. The arms on the cinema seats are made from cast iron which has been painted black. To the tops of the arm sections there is a shaped and polished wooden arm rest. The chairs date to around 1930 and were originally fitted in a cinema near London but have also been in a private boys school. The chairs freestand fine, but can be screwed down to the floor or to a wooden mount. The chairs would be ideal for use in a hallway, hairdressers, cafe seating, barbers shop, small pub, home cinema or just as a talking point.

Condition
The condition of the seats are excellent, there is light marks to the leatherette, and a couple of very very small holes in it hard to see. There is light scuffs to the wooden areas and cast iron. Overall very good for all the use they have had for 90 years.
