A Vintage Retro Industrial Waxed Steel & Pine Pallet Tray Coffee Table or Stand

A mid C20th vintage or retro industrial steel pallet tray set with waxed pine plank forming a coffee table or stand. The coffee table is formed with the frame being made from an industrial steel pallet tray. This steel frame is welded together with cross stretchers underneath and then set with four curved loop legs. The frame was probably painted red but this has worn giving it a rustic industrial feel. Inset into the frame we have added a pine plank, which we have waxed in a rustic colour. We have also waxed the frame in a clear wax to protect and add a shine to the frame. The pallet tray would be ideal as a coffee table, stand adding a bit of character and a talking point. The pallet tray itself probably dates to mid C20th.

Condition
The condition of the coffee table is excellent, with original wear to the frame, which has been waxed. Overall a good coffee table ready to be placed and used.
