A Vintage C1930s Oak and Painted Three Drawer Plan Chest Coffee Table

A vintage circa 1930-40s oak and painted framed three drawer plan chest, ideal for use as a coffee table with storage. The plan chest is formed with the frame having been painted and waxed in a black paint making it look like its ebonised. The sides and back are panelled. To the front of the plan chest it is set with three large drawers, each left in the original oak colour, with oak cup handles and central brass name plates. The plan chest was originally a Section from a larger plan chest but this is ideal as a good sized coffee table with the drawers making great storage area. The plan chest dates to 1930-40 but has been painted at a later date.
