A Victorian Inlaid Mahogany Cased Mantle Clock S Marti Movement

A Victorian inlaid mahogany cased 8 day mantle clock set with S Marti movement. The mantle clock is formed with the case being made out of a rich mahogany. The case has a shaped top to it. The front of the clock is inlaid with satinwood and ebony stringing around the edge. It also has cantered edges on the case. The clock has a silvered dial and black numerals. Opening the back of the case it has a French cylinder movement who is made by Samuel Marti. The clock chimes half hour on a coiled gong. The movement is marked to the back of the movement with the Samuel Marti stamp. The whole clock is then raised on brass bun feet. It dates to around 1880-1890. The clock comes with it pendulum and key.

Condition
The condition of the clock seems to be very good, it seems to be working ok, ive had it running for an hour or so fine, but hasnt been checked fully. May need a service.
