A Small Victorian Primitive Waxed Pine Kitchen Stool or Step, Milking Stool

A Small Victorian primitive waxed pine farmhouse kitchen stool, step or milking stool. The stool is probably home made and very basic in form. It is made from pine which has been waxed to give a good shine and colour to it. The stool is formed with it having straight edges with a crescent shape cut into the base. The sides are straight with angled edges. The top is plain with a hole in the centre. The stool dates to around 1880.

Condition
The condition of the stool is very good, with a few old knocks around the edges. It has a few small slithers of wood missing off the base and a small cut mark on the top. Nothing major and overall a good looking primitive sturdy stool.
