A Set of Six Victorian Carved and Turned Oak Dining Chairs Freshly Reupholstered
A good quality set of six Victorian carved and turned oak dining chairs, which have been freshly reupholstered in red velvet Greek key patterned material and with a studded edge. The set of chairs are made from oak, which has a great honey colour and good grain patination. The chairs are formed with the backs of the chair being set with four turned and fluted turnings in the back with a carved dome topped top rest to the chair. The sides supports of the chairs are fluted. The chairs have recently been freshly reupholstered and padded with a red and gold Greek key designed material. Around the edges of the chair they have had a studded finish added to finish them off. The set of chairs are raised on turned, fluted and tapering front legs, and splayed back legs. The set of chairs date to around 1890.

Condition
The condition of the chairs are excellent, all are structurally solid. They have been reupholstered so this is excellent. The wood has also been cleaned and repolished so are all very good ready to be placed and used.
