A Row of Three Vintage Art Deco C1930s Cinema Theatre Seats or Chairs Reupholstered in Yellow

A row of three vintage Art Deco circa 1930s cinema, theatre seats or chairs which been freshly reupholstered in a yellow material with studded edge. The chairs are formed with the back being curved and with a polished wooden top edge. The chairs are then padded and upholstered in a yellow material, which has a studded edge and sides to the seat back. To the back of the seat it is polished wood. The seat bases fold down and are again deeply padded and upholstered in the yellow velvet material. To the bottom of the seats they are covered in stained and polished wooden panels. The arm sections are made from cast iron and these have been resprayed in a gold colour. To the tops of the arms they are set with shaped and polished wooden arm rests. The chairs will freestand fine but can be mounted down to a wooden plinth or the floor. The chairs would be ideal for a waiting room, hairdressers, home cinema, shop setting, entranceway. The chairs date to around 1930, but have been reupholstered at some point, and were removed from a centre in Manchester.

Condition
The condition of the cinema seats are excellent, with light scuffs and marks to the wooden areas, the material is freshly done so it’s great. Overall ready to be placed and used.
