A Rare C19th Victorian Green Glass Paperweight Sulphide Military Emblem Inset

A rare Victorian or late C19th green glass paperweight, set with an internal sulphide military emblem. The paperweight is formed with it being dome topped and quite squat in size. Looking into the green glass it has the circular emblem, which shows the military logo or motto. The logo has the Latin motto Honi soit qui mal y pense, and the emblem with the lion stood on the crown. This was the motto of many of military units. The sulphide emblem is stood in a plant pot. The paperweight has a cut off pontil mark. The paperweight dates to around 1880-1890.

Condition
The condition of the paperweight is excellent with light marks, there are small air bubbles in the glass but this is nothing much.
