A Victorian Mahogany & Upholstered Deep Buttoned Nursing Chair Great Shape

A Victorian Great shaped deep buttoned ladies nursing chair, raised on turned mahogany supports. The chair is formed with it being of great shape. The back of the chair is domed and deeply padded and upholstered with a rich red velvet. The back of the chair is also deep buttoned. It has two small arm rests. The seat base is again covered and added in the same red velvet material. The front of the chair it is serpentine. The front two legs are made from turned mahogany and the back two are angled. The chair dates to around 1880. The chair has a great shape to it and has a good look to it.
