A Georgian Style Early C20th Walnut & Burr Elm Two Drawer Lowboy
An early C20th Georgian style walnut and burr elm two drawer lowboy, raised over cabriole legs. The lowboys is made from walnut and burr elm top and drawer fronts, these have great grain patination and colours. The lowboy is formed with the top having stepped and shaped edge rim. The top is set with a veneered top, with the amazing grain patination. To the front it is set with two full length drawers, each with shaped drawer fronts again done in the burr elm and set with lacquered brass drop handles. Below the drawers it is has a stepped pediment. The whole lowboy is raised on four slender cabriole supports with carved shoulders. The lowboy dates to around 1900-1910 and is of great quality.

The condition of the lowboy is excellent, with a couple of light scuffs and marks on the top, overall a great lowboy.
