A Victorian Mahogany Twin Pedestal Desk of Small Size

A great looking Victorian mahogany twin pedestal office desk of smaller than usual size. The desk is made from mahogany, which has a great colour and grain patination. The desk is formed with the top being plain with a moulded edge. The top is set with a central larger drawer and then a shorter drawer at either side. The desk then has a pedestal at either side each set with three graduated drawers. All the drawers are set with there original lacquered brass ornate drop handles. Each pedestal is raised on a moulded caddy plinth. The desk dates to around 1880-1900. The desk also splits into three sections for ease of moving.

The condition of the desk is very good, with light scuffs and marks, overall a great small sized desk ready to be placed and used.
