A Single Vintage Retro C1930s Cinema Theatre Seat or Chair Yellow Velvet Upholstery

A single vintage or retro circa 1930s cinema or theatre seat or chair, upholstered in yellow velvet material. The chair is formed with the back being curved and having angled sides. The back is padded and upholstered in yellow velvet material. To the back of the seat it is covered in wood which is painted black. The seat base folds down and is again padded and upholstered in the same yellow velvet material. To the bottom of the chair it is also covered in wood again painted black. The arms of the chairs are made from cast iron which has been painted gold. To the tops of the arms there are upholstered and polished wooden arm rests. The chair dates to around 1930 and was removed from a cinema near Liverpool. The chairs freestands fine and can be used in a café, hair dressers, barbers shop, home cinema, or hallway.

The condition of the chair is very good. It has been recently reupholstered and had new base and back so is in excellent condition. Overall ready to be used.
