An Early C20th Rouge Pink Marble Stepped Pedestal or Column with Brass Mounts<\/p>\n
An early C20th rouge or pink marble column or pedestal, with ornate brass mounts and stepped square plinth and top. The pedestal is made from solid sectional pink or rouge coloured marble with darker veins running through it. The base has a thick square base then a smaller stepped section. There is a then an ornate brass column support. The central thin turned column with an ornate brass top matching the one at the bottom. It them has two graduated square sections to the top to finish it off. Overall a classy looking column ideal for a plant, bust or just decorative feature. It does split into a couple of sections to make it lighter to move.<\/p>\n
