An Excellent Vintage Retro Mid Century Swivel Egg Chair Fully Restored 1950-60s

An excellent quality 1950-60s vintage retro mid century swivel chair or egg chair, which has been fully reupholstered in psychedelic material and raised on teak base. The chair is of real quality and a defiant statement piece. The chair is formed with it being of egg shape with curved sides and back. It then has wing back coming round at the top. The chair has recently been reupholstered in a quality 1960s looking psychedelic material. The material is done in vivid purples, orange, white and deep purple colours. The design all seems to into lock together to give it that psychedelic look about it. The chair has a fitted seat cushion. We have had reupholstered so that there is a zip to the back of the seat cover and cushion so these can be removed to have cleaned if needed. The whole chair swivels freely on a teak four legged base. The chair probably dates to the late 50s-60s but it is now a real statement piece or feature for a room.

Condition
The condition of the chair is excellent with the material recently re done. There is light pitting to the chrome plinth. Overall an excellent chair ready to be placed and used.
