An Art Deco Royal Doulton Stoneware Vase Floral Design Winnie Bowstead

An unusual Art Deco Royal Doulton stoneware vase, decorated with a tubelined decoration of flowers and foliage, by Winnie Bowstead. The vase is formed with it having a stoneware body, which is globular with a small top rim. The design on the vase has a tubelined edge and depicts, flower heads, leaves and dots. The flowers and leaves are in lots of vibrant colours, reds, yellows, blues and greens. The rim of the vase is brown and the bottom section is light grey. The vase is marked to the base with impressed Royal Doulton, some model number and then the makers initials of WB for Winnie Bowstead. The vase dates to around 1920-30.
