An Antique walnut and mahogany crossbanded single drawer bedside cupboard, in the Queen Anne style and raised on bracket feet. The cabinet is made from walnut, Bur walnut and mahogany which all have great colour and good grain patinations. The cabinet is formed with it having a rectangular top with stepped and rounded edges. To the top it has a quarterly veneered centre section. Then around the edge there is a herring bone mahogany inlay and then a crossbanded edge. To the front of the cabinet it has a small single drawer and a cupboard below. Both again have herring bone and crossbanded edges. Opening the cabinet it has a single shelf. To the top drawer it has lacquered brass acorn drop handles with flower back plates. The cabinet is raised on bracket feet. The cabinet comes with keys for the drawer and cupboard. The cabinet is Queen Anne in style but an antique example, and probably dates to around 1890-1910.

Condition
The condition of the cabinet is excellent, with it having light scuffs and marks. It also has a couple of small chips to the veneer edges. There is an age related crack on the door. Overall a great looking antique bedside ready to be placed and used.
