An Antique Stained Pine Haberdashery, Estate, Church Cabinet with Fitted Interior

An antique stained pine haberdashery, Estate or church cabinet with fitted interior. The cabinet is made from pine, which has a good colour and grain patination. The cabinet is formed with it having two full length doors. Each door is panelled and has a reeded edge. Each door has its lock and a turned door handle. Opening the cabinet the left hand side is fitted with adjustable shelves. The right hand side is fitted with 100 individual compartments, each section off in wood and they are all numbered with original paper number labels. The base of the cabinet is stepped and this matches a stepped pediment on the top. The cabinet dates to around 1870, and was either used as a Haberdashery cabinet, old church cabinet or a cabinet in a large estate. This is probably a one off cabinet and would look great in a lot of places.

Condition
The condition is excellent, it has had some strengthening bars put on the base, it has had a new plinth added which is an ideal copy of the original. It has light scuffs and marks but overall very good commensurate to age.
