An antique hand written indenture or conveyance wrote on vellum and dating to 22nd of May 1806. The document is all hand written on a large piece of vellum. This document is an old legal conveyance between Robert Lumb and John Hepworth. It is for property in the Yorkshire area. The document has two seals and signatures at the bottom. The indenture is dated to 22nd of May 1806.

Condition
The condition of the document is very good, there are a few creases and stains on it, but it is over 200 years old so should be expected.
