An antique hand written indenture or lease wrote on vellum and dating to 21st of May 1806. The document is all hand written on a large piece of vellum. This document is an old legal lease for one year between Robert Lumb and John Hepworth. It is for property or land in the Wakefield area. The document has two seals and signatures at the bottom. The indenture is dated to 21st of May 1806.

Condition
The condition of the document is very good, there are a few creases and stains on it, but it is over 200 years old so should be expected.
