A Vintage Retro Oak & Mahogany Sewing Box with Lined Interior

A vintage or retro circa 1950-60s oak and mahogany sewing storage box with lined interior and base drawer. The sewing box is formed with it having a rectangular top with rounded corners and gilt painted edge rim. Opening the box it is lined in a yellow silk and velvet lining with braided trim edge. The underside of the lid is again lined in the same material and is set for pin and needle storage. To the front of the sewing box it has a single drawer with inset handle painted in gilt. The drawer is again lined in the same material. The sewing box has rounded side and the legs of the box are angled. The box has a makers label inside for Morco product. The box probably dates to around 1950-60.
