A Victorian Waxed Pine Farmhouse Breakfront Dresser or Sideboard Raised on Tulip Feet
A Victorian waxed pine farmhouse breakfront dresser or sideboard, fitted with cupboards and drawers and then raised on tulip turned feet. The sideboard is made from pine which has a rustic look and clear waxed finish. The sideboard is formed with it having a shaped and stepped top, with In stepped central section. To the front of the sideboard it is set with three short top drawers. The central drawer is set back this not as deep. Below each of the drawers there are three cupboards each with good storage area. All the cupboards and drawers are set with turned wooden handles. The whole sideboard or dresser is raised on small turned tulip shaped feet. The sideboard has had a couple of clear coats of wax added giving it a little shine. The sideboard dates to around 1890-1900.

Condition
The condition of the sideboard is excellent, with light scuffs and marks. It has a rustic feel so the wood isn’t smooth but has had a waxed finish added. Overall a good solid pine dresser ready to be used.
