A Victorian Cast Iron Based Side Table, with Waxed Rustic Slab of Ash Top Live Edge

A Victorian cast iron based side table, set with a large rustic slab of ash table top, with live edge. The table is formed with the top being formed from a large thick slice of ash, which has a natural finish. The slab of ash has a wavy edge and a Bur section to one side. We have had the top weed and polished showing all the wood off. The table is raised on a Victorian cast iron table base. This has ornate legs with various swirls, finials and turnings. Between the legs adding the support and strength to the table we have had a welded angled bar fitted. The table looks great and is very useful, with lots of character.

Condition
The condition of the table is excellent with light scuffs and marks to the table top, the base is very good but has had the new cross stretcher made for it.
