A Single Vintage Art Deco C1930s Cinema Theatre Seat or Chair with Aisle End Panels Freshly Reupholstered REF4

A single vintage Art Deco circa 1930s cinema or theatre seat or chair, which has been freshly reupholstered in a zebra printed velvet material and set with a pair of aisle end panels. The seat is formed with the back being curved. The seat back has then been freshly padded and reupholstered in the zebra patterned velvet material. Around the top edge and sides of the seat it has a studded finish. The back of the seat is covered in a stained and polished wooden panel. The seat base folds down and again has been freshly padded and reupholstered in the same patterned material. The bottom of the seat has a stained and polished wooden panel fitted. The arms on the seats are made from cast iron, these have been resprayed in gold. These are end panels, and have a three raised line decoration to them. To the tops of the arms there is a shaped and polished wooden arm rest. The chair dates to around 1930, and was originally fitted in a theatre, but this have been reupholstered. The chair will freestand but can be easily mounted down to a plinth or floor just to make fully secure. The chair would be ideal for a home cinema, hallway, café, hotel entranceway, hairdressers, barbers shop, interior design feature.

Condition
The condition of the seat is excellent, with light marks to the wooden panels and metal work. The upholstery is freshly done so is excellent. The seats are very comfy so ready to be placed and used.
