A Set of Six Art Nouveau Oak & Leather Studded Dining Chairs including Carvers

A great looking set of four plus two carver Art Nouveau oak dining chairs, with leather studded upholstery. The set of chairs are made from oak, which have a good colour and grain patination. The chairs are formed with each chair having a brown leather seat base which has a studded edge. The seat back has three Art Nouveau stylised carved back lats. Above this there is a shaped leather back rest with studded edge. The base of the chair is raised on tapering supports with cross stretcher and turned bars. The set included a pair of carvers these are slightly bigger in size and have shaped arm rests on them. The set of chairs probably date to around 1900.

Condition
The condition of the set of chairs is excellent, with light scuff and marks. The upholstery has been redone at some point but done well. Overall a great set of chairs ready to be used.
