A Set of Four Edwardian Mahogany Dining Chairs with Floral Upholstery

A set of four Edwardian mahogany dining chairs, with floral upholstery seats and backs and raised on turned and fluted legs. The set of chairs are made from mahogany, which has a good rich colour. The chairs are formed with the back being supported on fluted uprights. The main section of the back of the chairs are padded and upholstered with floral design of roses, leaves and other flowers over an off white background. To the back of the seat there is also a matching upholstered section. Above the upholstered back section there is six small turned and ebonised columns. The seat bases on the chairs are again deeply padded and upholstered in the same material. The chairs are raised on turned, fluted and tapering front legs with casters attached and angled back legs. The set of chairs dates to around 1910-1915.

Condition
The condition of the set of chairs are excellent, with light marks to the wood. The chairs have been reupholstered in last 5 years and done to a very good standard. Overall a smart set of chairs ready to be used.
