A Row of Three Vintage Art Deco C1930s Cinema Theatre Seats or Chairs Red Velvet Upholstery 

A row of three vintage or retro circa 1930s cinema or theatre seats or chairs, which are upholstered in a deep red velvet. The backs are formed with them being curved and with a polished wooden top rail and then deeply padded and upholstered in a deep red velvet material. The backs of the seats are stained and polished wood. The seat bases fold down and again are deeply padded and upholstered in the same red velvet material. To the bottoms of the seats there is a black coloured wooden panel. To the centre of the wooden base panel there are fitted seat numbers these are 9,10,11. The arm section of the chairs are made from cast iron, which are the original worn gold colour. To the tops of the arms there is a shaped and polished wooden arm rest. These seats were originally fitted in a cinema in Yorkshire. The chairs will freestand fine but can also be fitted down if needed. The chairs would be ideal in a home cinema, hotel waiting area, hairdressers, barbers shop, hallway or as a feature.

Condition
The condition of the seats are excellent, there is light ware patches and marks in places. The wooden areas have light scratches and marks from years of use. Overall ready to be placed and used.
