A Pair of Vintage Art Deco C1930s Cinema Theatre Seats or Chairs Freshly Reupholstered Tartan Wool REF5

A pair of vintage or retro circa 1930s Art Deco cinema or theatre chairs or seats, which have been freshly reupholstered in tartan design woollen material. The seat backs on the chairs are curved. The backs are then padded and upholstered in the tartan design woollen material. The upholstery in done on a brown background with greens, beige, red and brown tartan pattern. The backs of the seats are covered in a polished wooden panel. The seat bases fold down and again are deeply padded and upholstered in the same material. The bottom of the seats are again covered in the same polished wooden panel. The arm sections on the seats are made from cast iron, these have resprayed in gold. To the tops of the arms they are fitted with shaped and polished wooden arm rests. The chairs will freestand fine but can mounted down to the floor or a plinth to add extra support. The chairs were originally fitted in a theatre but have been reupholstered. The chairs would be ideal in a waiting room, home cinema, hairdressers, barbers shop, entrance way seating or a feature in a shop.

The condition of the chairs are excellent. The wooden areas may have light scuffs and marks. Overall ready to be placed and used.
