A Pair of Georgian Silver Sugar Tongues Engraved Decoration 26 grams
A Pair of bright cut solid silver sugar tongues, from the Georgian Period. Which i believe them to date to around 1770-1790, but theres no assay office stamp on them. They are formed with them being quite long but elegant. They have the rounded grips. They are engraved to the bowls and arms with lines and shield engravings. They are assayed to the inside with the Georgian head stamp, lion passant, date letter S and the makers marks for GB.They weigh 26 grams.

The condition of the sugar tongues are excellent, the design is slightly rubbed in areas.
