A Georgian Style Walnut Serpentine Fronted Two Drawer Side Table

A Georgian style walnut serpentine fronted two drawer side table, raised on reeded turned supports. The side table is made from walnut, which as a good rich colour and grain patination. The table is formed with it having a serpentine shaped top, which has a crossbanded edge and stringing. To the front of the chest it is set with two small storage drawers, each again crossbanded and inlaid. The whole side table is raised on slender turned and reeded legs. The table is copying a Georgian example but this is only 20-30 years old.
