A C20th Carved Oak Two Drawer Side Table Raised on Turned Supports

A great looking carved oak two drawer side table, raised on turned supports. The table is made from oak, which has a great honey colour and grain patination to it. The table is formed with the side table top being shaped to the front with a stepped and rounded edge to it. The side table is then set with two drawers each with shaped fronts, which follow the shape of the top. Each drawer has a turned oak handle on it. Between the drawers it has a carved and stepped section. The whole table is raised on five slender turned supports, with square bases. It then has stretchers between the legs adding support. The table dates to around 1950.
