An Edwardian Carved Mahogany Entranceway Mirror with Storage Shelf

A great looking Edwardian carved mahogany entranceway way wall mirror with pocket, set with a great aged mirror glass. The frame of the mirror is made from mahogany which has a god colour and grain patination. The mirror is formed with the top having a double swan neck carved pediment. It is then set with a just off square mirror, with bevelled edges. The mirror has aged great with foxing and wear patches throughout. Below the mirror is a small wooden pocket or drop in shelf. The base of the mirror has shaped edges and scrolling supports. The mirror is ready to be hung and dates to around 1900-1910.

The condition of the mirror is excellent, nice original worn mirror plate. Light scuffs and marks to the wood overall ready to be hung and used.
